HR Coordinator
Role: HR Coordinator - To work directly with HR Business Partners to deliver value-add service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This role is responsible for reviewing, enhancing and rolling out process improvements in areas identified with HRBPs to ultimately evolve and improve manual, non standardized processes. Participation in active HR projects will be needed on a priority basis.Location: Richardson, TX Responsibilities: Support HR BP's in their day to day activities to streamline and assist in making repeatable processes more efficient. This will include, but is not limited to managing the areas set out below: Engagement Initiatives Support the roll out of HR engagement initiatives across the relevant verticals to help drive employee participation particularly around retention.Support HRBP in coordination of data and identifying key insights around retention and amber penetration for HR/Ops governance calls. Data Governance Team owner of EEO information. Support HR BP in pulling data for legal reviews, decouplings, etc. Partner with VHR Team for any employee alignment changes (PID, SDO, COE)Workforce Reductions Assist in pulling relevant data for effected populations. Coordinate with HR BP to execute in terms of timeline, communication, and employee queries. Managing and owning workforce reduction data across HR BP's. Iperform Work directly with the Iperform team to effectively utilize status reports to ensure iperforms are closed timely for merit and bonus payments to process on time.Highlight non-compliance issues timely to ensure they are resolved. Support the HRBP team during annual Session C process. FLSA Changes/Reviews Post FLSA reviews with relevant stakeholders, creating and issuing status change letters and ensure all updates are tracked to closure. Shadow on FLSA review calls to understand the process and support streamlining for maximum effectiveness.Headcount (HC) Validation Exercise Running monthly HC validation Pulling reports, sending to leaders, ensure changes are executed and closed by Ops timely Compensation Collate monthly compensation submission file across all verticals Coordinate and ensure VIC / DIP / Special Bonuses letters are returned by Ops to Compensation teamSupport coordination of approvals for special bonuses / DIPs Support annual TCP planning process as needed with HRBPs Support Corporate HR Initiatives and timely roll out/participation across verticals Attributes: Ability to prioritize workload and manage conflicting priorities Capability to work collaboratively with HRB'sAttention to detail and organization Knowledge of Genpact HR processes and policies Experience working in complex Matrix Org Structure and with Virtual teams Exceptional communication skills verbal, written, presentation, conflict management Timely responsiveness with clear and concise communication to both employees and leadershipAbility to articulate issues using data points for strong reference Microsoft Office skills including Word (Intermediate), Excel (Advanced), Power Point (Advanced), Outlook (Basic), Visio (Basic) required Able to respond quickly to changing requests, strong sense of urgency Self-motivated with ability to work independentlyEducation&Certification Required: Relevant HR experience Professional HR Certification preferred 1-3 years of experience working in a progressive HR role Proficient knowledge of US labor law and compliance Additional Skills: - CategoryNameRequiredImportanceExperienceNo items to display.
