Identity And Access Management Support Analyst
Identity and Access Management Support Analyst will provide intermediate level support of applications, databases, and/or platforms, responding to user requests and incident tickets as needed. Research issues and performs root cause analysis to determine best path forward to reduce and/or minimize risk.Executes technical procedures to resolve issues. Implements effective solutions for break/fix issues and appropriate development initiatives. Writes and updates production support documentation, including policies and procedures. Communicates status and resolution of tasks in an accurate and timely manner.Operates as a trusted technical resource through building and maintaining strong relationships across the business. Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of client needs, concerns and challenges. Ensures that all support requests are handled promptly and delivered to the quality/standard required by business users. This includes keeping all clients informed of progress of their requestThey will provide front line support and facilitate escalation of any ticket that requires next level support. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum of three years of related experience working in Identity and Access management systems (Sailpoint, Active Directory, OKTA, CA Identity Manager or any other IAM tools)Strong, demonstrated analysis, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills. Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience. MIS or Computer Science degree preferred.
