Attached to the Southern Europe Commercial Direction, the Medical Sales Specialist in France will have the mission to develop an ecosystem, not just a market. Your role goes beyond classic sales: you are able to pilot long decision cycles involving heterogeneous decision-makers (medical, administrative, financial, and technical), and the users of the devices. You are a "conductor" capable of transforming a technological feat into a viable economically and clinically viable project.You will be in charge of the following points (non-exhaustive list): 1. Strategy&Commercial Development

Prospecting&Lead Gen: Identify and generate new leads from hospitals, private clinics, social health establishments, federations, and mutuals. Continuous Product Training: Our products evolve rapidly, you will need to be able to continuously present the value proposition. Account Mapping: Understand the unique decision-making circuit of each client and the key stakeholders that will allow the validation of the acquisition and deployment of an exoskeleton.Solution Selling Approach: Establish quotes, manage contractual negotiation with biomedical/administrative and financial directions, responses to public tenders, and the preparation of funding dossiers. Partnerships: Find and animate growth levers (direct sales force, distributors) promoting external recommendation for acquisition.Convert Prospects (Nurturing): Ability to nurture contacts with information shared by internal teams (cases/clinical studies, upcoming events, sector novelties, etc.) to convince. 2. Ecosystem Leadership&Lobbying

Institutional Meshing: Collaborate with ARS and institutions to integrate our solutions into care pathways (PRS) and exceptional subsidy mechanisms. Financial Vigilance: Identify external funding sources for our users (foundations, payers, ARS subsidies, project calls, innovation packages, etc.), to make acquisition possible or the implementation of experimentation.Evangelism: Animate a network of opinion leaders (KOL), participate in congresses, and educate prescribers and payers on the innovation. 3. Clinical Appetence&Operational Excellence

Field Demonstrations: Organize trials with medical teams (MPR doctors, therapists) and accompany patients with exemplary empathy and ethics. Technical Credibility: Master the normative aspects (CE Marking) and technical, maintenance, and integration of health data with Biomedical and IT services.Internal Collaboration: Ensure the handover with Customer Care and Field Service, report field feedback to Product/Marketing, and share best practices with the Sales team. Profile Sought

You are a hybrid profile, able to move from a board of directors to a rehabilitation plateau without losing your credibility. Field position involving frequent travel throughout France. Experience&Expertise: Expertise: Master complex sales cycles (12 to 18 months) involving heterogeneous decision-makers (medical, administrative, financial, and technical). Experience: Minimum 3 years in complex sales (medical devices, capital equipment, or long cycles). Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset.360 Vision: Systemic understanding of the French healthcare pathway and its regulatory challenges. Languages: Fluent French and solid professional English (daily exchanges with the headquarters and R&D). Tools: Rigorous mastery of CRM pipeline management (Insightly). Key Skills: Situational Agility / Adaptability: True "chameleon", able to adapt your speech to varied interlocutors (CIO, CEO, Physiotherapists, Patients). Understand how the introduction of an exoskeleton impacts the entire healthcare pathway, from funding to physical therapy practice, to return home.Resilience&Proactivity: "Hunter" autonomy combined with the patience of a diplomat to manage multiple validation stages. Long sales cycles. Emotional and Relational Intelligence: Ability for benevolent interaction with colleagues and external persons, promoting human contact in good intelligence.
