job summary:
Join a privately owned chemistry manufacturing company that has been in business for over 40 years as a Process Control Manager. This role will be responsible for leading a Process Control team and will work closely with cross-functioning teams. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of control engineering experience. responsibilities:

• Direct all departmental staffing - including recruitment, scheduling, and professional development

• Architect and deploy complex control logic

• Manage plant-wide automation projects from design through to commissioning

• Collaborate with cross-functioning teams for automation needs

• Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of control engineering

• 3+ years of leadership experience
