Key Responsibilities Perform demolition work including removal of walls, flooring, and structures Assist with framing in residential and commercial construction projects Complete general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled trades Operate hand and power tools safelyLoad and unload construction materials Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Work efficiently to meet project timelines Qualifications Construction, demolition, framing, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentFamiliarity with basic tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
