Production Operator, Richmond

Job Full Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our wax production team in Richmond, CA. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with excellent opportunities for long-term growth and career advancement. This is a full time, Monday - Friday graveyard shift position (12:00am-8:00am). Starting at $22/hr.

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting (up to 65 lbs) Basic math skills for weighing and recording product data Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn) Strong attention to detail and safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working overnight/graveyard shiftResponsibilities:

Fill and empty slabbing machines

Lift and pull wax slabs (approx. 10 lbs) Pivot and place slabs onto rollers

Cut wax tops using slabbing machines

Push scraper at chest height across machinery

Remove cut tops and place in designated containers Operate pastille bagger during production runs

Lift bags (50-55 lbs) from floor, waist, and shoulder level Monitor equipment and report abnormalities
