We are partnering with a leading global organization to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, COO, and EVP of Global Commercial Operations during a four-month leave coverage assignment.This is an exciting opportunity for a high-level EA who excels at managing competing priorities, navigating executive schedules, and serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong C-suite support experience, exceptional professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. What You'll Do In this role, you'll serve as a critical partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring operations run smoothly day-to-day while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex and constantly shifting executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and protecting focus time Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, agendas, and board-ready documentsProcess expense reports and manage travel logistics in compliance with company policies Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and executive leadership teams on meetings, town halls, site visits, and special projects Act as a primary point of contact for executives, board members, customers, and external stakeholdersTrack follow-up items and help drive action items to completion Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive executive and business information
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives Prior experience in a fast-paced, global or matrixed organization strongly preferred Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills Strong executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Experience with Concur, SAP, or similar expense/travel management systems preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
