What you’ll be doing:

• Resolving payment issues (think reissues, refunds, and troubleshooting)
• Partnering with clients and vendors via phone/email
• Collaborating across teams like Client Success & Operations
• Identifying trends and helping improve processes
• Supporting high-volume processing when needed
• Mentoring newer team members as you grow

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years in payments, AP, or financial ops (or strong transferable experience)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Confident communicator
• Excel basics + problem-solving mindset
• Someone who wants to grow and make an impact
