Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

What You'll Do:
Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, families, or groups.
Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed for client care.
Support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more.
Qualifications:
Active LCSW license in the state of California (required).
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
At least 1 year of experience post-licensure preferred.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
Empathetic, self-motivated, and organized with strong communication skills.
