Were looking for a proactive Warehouse Associate to support our Low Voltage Technology Integration operations.
In this role, youll manage job-specific materials, coordinate closely with Purchasing and Project Managers, and ensure every part moves accurately from receipt to delivery.
Youll also handle local deliveries, operate warehouse equipment, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

/ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders/liliRecord and track serial numbers for applicable equipment/liliIdentify and resolve discrepancies in coordination with Purchasing/liliPrepare and package outbound shipments accurately and efficiently/liliOrganize and label materials by project to ensure accurate allocation/liliTrack and release materials to Project Managers and technicians/liliCoordinate with Purchasing on shortages or urgent needs/liliEnsure timely staging and delivery of materials to job sites/liliTrack and process RMAs for defective or unused materials/liliLog returned job site materials and manage redistribution or vendor returns/liliCoordinate credits and reconciliation with Purchasing/liliDrive a small box truck to deliver and pick up materials locally/liliLoad and unload materials using pallet jacks/liliCommunicate delivery updates to project teams/liliAssist with manual labor and materials staging/liliSupport technicians and project teams with material movement/liliMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse/liliMaintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and returns/liliProvide regular updates to Purchasing and Project Management/liliEnsure warehouse operations align with project schedules and requirements/li/ulh3What You Bring/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED required/lili2+ years of distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred/liliExperience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery driving/liliValid drivers license with a clean driving record (CDL Class A or B a plus)/liliMust be 21+ years of age (insurance requirement)/li/ulh3Skills Abilities/h3ulliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/liliAbility to safely operate delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment/liliComfortable using smartphones and GPS navigation/liliStrong communication skills in English/liliTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic/liliAbility to adapt priorities based on business needs/li/ulh3Work Environment Physical Requirements/h3ulliAbility to lift and move up to 75 lbs/liliFrequent standing, bending, lifting, and twisting/liliAbility to sit in a truck for extended periods/liliClimb in and out of truck cabins and move skids with pallet jacks/liliTravel required for local deliveries/liliSchedule flexibility for 5:00 AM 5:00 PM shifts, MondayFriday (overtime as needed)/liliExposure to indoor and outdoor working conditions/li/ulh3Why Join Us?
