divh2Administrative Assistant/h2pEmployment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client/ppThe Administrative Assistant executes a wide range of administrative duties to support the Program office. This position is responsible for facilitating daily office operations and functions under the direction and supervision of Program office personnel./ppThis position aligns with Cayuses core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPrepares and revises charts, spreadsheets, memoranda, and other general office documents as required to support program objectives./liliAdministers and maintains office databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility./liliEnters financial information, survey responses, critiques, and test results; generates performance measurement and administrative reports as needed./liliProvides support for data analysis activities to assist in the identification and resolution of issues impacting program operations./liliAttends office meetings, documents proceedings, and disseminates meeting minutes to all relevant stakeholders./liliDrafts and edits standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in process documentation./liliFacilitates all aspects of travel arrangements for Program office staff, including coordination of logistics, transportation, and preparation of government travel orders./liliPrepares routine communications, including cables, utilizing the Governments official cabling system (CableXpress)./liliCompiles weekly activity summaries and other periodic reports for the Program office./liliEstablishes and maintains centralized electronic and paper files for key areas such as budget management, equipment purchases requisitions, end-of-course reports, student critiques, travel records, and general correspondence./liliProvides direct project assistance and other administrative support as necessary to ensure efficient office operations./liliExecutes special tasks and assignments as directed by supervisory staff./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications Heres What You Need/h3pThe qualifications and skills listed below are intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for this position. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as outlined by the client./pulliMust possess a high school diploma, associates degree preferred, together with five years (5) of relevant administrative experience./liliMust possess basic knowledge of and experience with office and administrative functions, practices and procedures./liliSecret Clearance is required./liliDue to the nature of work at the clients site, U.S. Citizenship is required./liliMust be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment./li/ulpMinimum Skills:/pulliMust be highly organized with attention to detail./liliMust possess excellent command of the English language./liliMust have excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with personnel at all levels./liliMust have basic knowledge of and experience with word processing, databases and spreadsheets and be able to operate office equipment (PCs, faxes, phones, copying machines, etc.). Applicants must demonstrate thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint).
