As a Product Designer, you'll combine design expertise, customer insights, and business understanding to co-create innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
Apply expertise in interaction, visual, and service design to create journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
Use research insights, data, and creative problem-solving to craft customer-centered solutions
Balance business needs with user experience goals to deliver effective products
Collaborate closely with product, tech, and business teams to align vision and execution
Present design decisions clearly to diverse audiences with supporting evidence
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in Product Design
Proficiency in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
Strong portfolio showcasing process, results, and impact
Preferred:
Experience working with design systems
Background in regulated, data-heavy environments
Track record of building strong partnerships across disciplines
