Full-Time Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually + benefits

Key Duties:

Evaluate clients to understand the root causes of their mental health concerns

Implement effective counseling methods that align with individual goals

Stay up-to-date with evidence-based counseling techniques

Offer insights to optimize service delivery and treatment strategies

Foster a supportive environment for all patient interactions

Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields

Valid California license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health services

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with patients

Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every client
