Requirements
Active RN license in applicable state
Minimum 1 year of rehab or behavioral health experience required
Inpatient substance abuse experience required
Experience performing CIWA/COWS assessments and UAs required
Current BLS and CPI certifications required
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with behavioral health and substance abuse treatment standards
Perform CIWA/COWS assessments and monitor withdrawal symptoms
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Conduct and document urine analysis screenings as required
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
