Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads Work through and re-engage leads in our existing pipeline/CRM Respond quickly to inbound leads and inquiries Qualify prospects and live-transfer interested clients to Sales Producers Maintain accurate records and activity in our CRM systemFollow up consistently to maximize opportunities Play a key role in Sales Dept.

Requirements Comfortable with outbound calling + inbound lead handling Strong, confident phone communication skills Goal-driven, reliable, and consistent Organized and able to manage leads in a CRM Coachable with a desire to improve Resilient and persistent (handles rejection well) High energy, professional, and positive attitudeMotivated to build a career in sales (not just a job) Bilingual (English/Spanish)?
