The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative support to the President and their direct reports, ensuring seamless daily operations. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of decision-making authority to manage critical tasks such as calendar oversight, travel coordination, and confidential correspondence handling. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and familiar with tools like HubSpot CRM and CMS, enabling efficient communication and project assistance within a dynamic executive environment.
Responsibilities Manage the President’s calendar and coordinate meetings with precision Arrange appointments and oversee all travel logistics, ensuring smooth itineraries Prepare materials and agendas to support productive meetings Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information discreetlyAssist with various projects, providing leadership and problem-solving support Utilize Excel for data management and reporting tasks Leverage Microsoft Outlook and HubSpot tools for scheduling and communication Exercise a high level of decision-making autonomy on behalf of the President Learn presidents thought patterns and direct staff as needed by the presidentMake various calls as needed and directed by the president
Required Qualifications High level of integrity Able to pass background check Minimum 2 years experience in executive support roles Bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel Strong travel planning and coordination skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive mattersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Proven multitasking and problem-solving capabilities Company Description KPS Alarms operates throughout California and is proud to have a Google score of 4.8 out of 5!.
