THE POSITION

The firm currently has an immediate full-time opening for an Associate Attorney in its Riverside office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain valuable experience and continue developing their career with a well-established firm in the Riverside County.

In this role, the Associate Attorney will report directly to the Firm Partners, manage an individual caseload, and maintain regular client interaction. The position also offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our team of Immigration Attorneys and case managers.

LOCATION: The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Riverside office. One day remote work would be allowed after a probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in Spanish is required This position requires completion of a Juris Doctorate program and admission to a U.S. state bar. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent writing skills One year of Immigration Law Experience: Removal Defense Immigration

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES: Review immigration

applications/packets

and make any necessary adjustments Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions Prepare and submitting legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases Correspond and/or meet with clients to gather documents and information and to guide them through various visa processes. Use case management system/database, various firm systems, and time management skills to monitor case milestones, follow up with clients, and meet both legal and client-relations deadlines.Exercise meticulous attention to detail to produce error-free forms, correspondence, and related legal work product. Prepare and represent clients at government interviews. Other tasks as required to meet client, Partner, and firm needs.
