Employment Litigation Associate

to join its Southern California team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad range of employment matters within a collaborative, trial-focused environment, with a

What You’ll Work On: Defending employers in claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage&hour disputes Managing cases from inception through resolution Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings Handling written discovery and depositions Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials Communicating directly with clients and providing strategic case updates

What We’re Looking For: Experience handling employment litigation matters Strong discovery experience, including drafting responses and evidentiary objections Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong client communication and case management skillsJD from an ABA-accredited law school Active California Bar admission
