Associate Attorney– Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation)

Location: California Our client

is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting. This role focuses on high-value claims including wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. What You’ll Do

Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement Work closely with case managers, assistants, and internal departments Communicate strategy and updates to clients and opposing counsel Attend hearings and support case resolution efforts Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop pre-litigation strategyWhat We’re Looking For

Active member of the California State Bar Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Team-oriented with a proactive mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office Spanish bilingual is a strong plus Compensation&Benefits
