Woodard Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Drafter with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role focuses on creating precise technical drafts and collaborating on residential, commercial, mixed-use development, and public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in CAD modeling and a passion for thoughtful design and accurate execution, working closely under the lead civil engineer.

Responsibilities Create technical drafting and detailed site plans Develop and revise construction drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Collaborate on design and project documentation with engineering teams Ensure regulatory compliance in all drafted materials Manage revision control and quality assurance processesSupport documentation preparation for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables Occasionally perform site visits as needed

Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in civil engineering drafting Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Skilled in blueprint reading and construction documentation Knowledge of surveying fundamentals Strong attention to detail and time management skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilities
