About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. In this role, you will provide advanced legal support across a range of corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and corporate governance documents Conduct legal research and prepare reports or memoranda for attorneys Manage discovery processes, including document review and production Maintain and organize legal files and databasesCoordinate with external counsel, regulators, and internal stakeholders Support litigation and regulatory filings, including case management and calendaring Assist with due diligence and corporate transactions, including M&A and financings Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program 7+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentationProficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred (but not required): Experience in corporate law, employment law, or insurancePrevious experience supporting in-house counsel Notary Public certification (a plus) What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Professional development and training opportunities Inclusive and collaborative company cultureCompany Description Bail Hotline is committed to the highest standards of integrity, reliability, and service to our community.
