A passion to help children with autism and their families live their best lives Integrity to always do whats right for the individual child and their familyAbility to hold yourself to the highest standards of quality in everything you do The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as you can working as a Behavior Analyst Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field Must have completed at least 12-semester units in a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited universityAt least one year of designing or implementing behavior analytic services Completion of at least 500 total fieldwork hours with at least 300 of those hours unrestricted Must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB Who We Are: Its in the wow moments that we find our purpose at ABS Kids.
