Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position offers a wonderful opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and directing visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate departments.

Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments as needed.

Handling general inquiries and providing accurate information to guests and staff.

Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Supporting administrative tasks and special projects as directed by the supervisor.

Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

Education requirement is AA or Bachelor's degree.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift.

8:30am - 5:30pm
