Duration: 24 plus months Location: Roanoke, VA Job Description

Must have skill sets: 3–5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, server, and Cisco technology knowledge in a professional setting Proficiency in troubleshooting/supporting Microsoft Office Suite applications, including MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS Prior experience assisting with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications, including: VDI, patch management, encryption technologies, anti-virus, incident/request managementPrevious experience working in ServiceNow (a plus) ticketing system or similar Proficient in backing up users' data, recovering data, and reimaging users' devices both remotely and at users' desks Strong customer communication and service skills Knowledge of two-factor authentication Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environmentAble to work onsite at location Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, with flexibility to stay after 5:00 PM if needed Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Requires great customer service skills and the ability to: Configure, install, and test hardware components Perform hardware deployment replacements Manage hardware and software service-related issues for end-users to prevent escalationWork within the ServiceNow Ticketing System Provide cross-divisional troubleshooting Update and maintain tickets Reimage PCs Back up and restore user data Install and validate correct software versions on devices and confirm functionality Utilize Wells utilities to troubleshoot end-user machine functionalityDocument service events accurately in work orders and ticketing systems Location Where Resource Will Reside
