Working Title - Laboratory Assistant Agency - Mountain Gateway Community College Division - Mountain Gateway Community College (Div) Work Location - Alleghany - 005 Hiring Range - salary depends on education and experience Full Time or Part Time - Part Time Job Description - The Emergency Medical Science (EMS) Lab Assistant supports the EMS Curriculum program at Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC). This role enhances the educational experience by providing direct support to students and faculty during laboratory sessions and practical simulations for summer and fall 2026.Special Assignments - May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. KSA's/Required Qualifications - Education Required– Associate degree in Emergency Medical Science (EMS) or related field from a regionally accredited college or university. Relevant field experience in Emergency Medical Science (EMS).Additional Considerations - Education/training in a related field and/or community college teaching experience
