Duties&Responsibilities

Plant grape vines according to project specifications

Install vineyard trellis systems and support structures

Set rebar, fence posts, and vineyard support posts

Install drip irrigation lines and related materials

Perform repetitive lifting, bending, kneeling, and digging safely

Operate hand tools and equipment responsibly

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications&

RequirementsRequired

Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor for full shifts

Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to safely use tools and equipment

Reliable transportation to the job site

Preferred

Previous agricultural, landscaping, construction, irrigation, or outdoor labor experience

Experience using hand tools and basic construction equipment
