Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects for a nationally recognized glazing contractor. This role requires ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating resources, and maintaining schedules and budgets while working closely with contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.

Oversee and coordinate installers, materials, and equipment.

Ensure safety, quality, and productivity of glaziers.

Monitor resource utilization, contractual performance, and cost control.

Track and manage project schedules in coordination with CAD, fabrication, and labor teams.

Conduct thorough project estimates, including reviewing specifications, drawings, and take-off details.

Attend construction meetings as needed.

Coordinate with estimators on selected projects.

Manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining efficiency.

Regular travel within Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction experience.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple teams and activities effectively.

Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

AutoCAD drafting and design experience.
