We are hiring motivated individuals for aerial utility construction positions including aerial laborers and equipment operators.

Responsibilities:
Operate bucket trucks and/or digger derrick trucks for aerial utility installation
Set poles, install anchors, and assist with line placement
Interpret utility prints and job specifications
Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
Follow all OSHA and safety regulations for aerial work
Identify job site hazards and ensure safe work practices
Support Foreman and crew leadership
Qualifications:
Experience operating bucket trucks and/or digger derricks preferred
Class A CDL required or strongly preferred
Knowledge of aerial construction and safety standards
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
