We are hiring full time and part time positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding guest service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a memorable stay from check-in to check-out.Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Manage reservations via phone, email, and in-person Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Process payments and manage the cash drawer Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenitiesCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications
