Job Title: Packaging and Distribution Operator

This short-term, full-time opportunity runs through at least August 22nd and is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals seeking hands-on experience in a clean, team-oriented environment. You’ll help with packaging, order prep, and international distribution—all while learning valuable skills in a high-tech, regulated industry.

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Assignment Length:

Short-term contract role running through at least August 22, 2025

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate automated packaging machinery, including equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers.

Ensure product labels meet accuracy and quality compliance standards.

Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international orders using RF scanners, Excel-based documentation, and shipping software.

Prepare and pack stock orders for transfer to other departments or distribution points.

Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and cGMP requirements.

Maintain clean, efficient, and well-organized workstations throughout the shift.

Escalate operational or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Support departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Prior experience in packaging, warehousing, or distribution is a plus.

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic computer systems.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with regulated environments and cGMP/SOP procedures is strongly preferred.

Able to handle small, delicate components with precision and consistency.

Team-oriented, reliable, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
