< Key Responsibilities

Perform CT scan examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols

Provide care to patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process

Operate and maintain CT scanners, related equipment, and imaging systems

Prepare and organize examination rooms, including sterilization and stocking of supplies and medications

Demonstrate proficiency with PACS and ensure accurate data and image recording

Maintain complete and accurate patient records and comply with departmental documentation standards

Actively contribute to the Performance Improvement Program, promoting excellence and efficiency

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and radiology staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery

< Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program (Associate's degree or equivalent)

ARRT (R) certification required

CT certification required within one year of employment

SCRQSA certification required (South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association)

BLS certification from the American Heart Association required

1–2 years of relevant job experience required; 2–5 years preferred
