In this dynamic role, you'll blend hands-on lab work with coordination responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Perform a wide range of routine and specialized diagnostic laboratory tests Prepare and process specimens for microscopic examination and advanced testingOperate and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation Ensure compliance through quality control and quality assurance procedures Accurately record and manage lab results in designated systems Uphold strict safety, privacy, and biohazard protocols Additional Job Description What You Bring We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment:Education: Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of hospital lab experience preferred Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus Strong understanding of laboratory quality and safety standards Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Required Certification
