Seeking an Inside Operations Coordinator/Office Manager to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities within a distribution and industrial environment in Rock Hill, SC.
The position involves overseeing daily office operations, managing order processing and invoicing, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, supporting customers, tracking inventory, and assisting with vendor and sales support activities.
The role also includes maintaining records, preparing operational reports, assisting with collections, and supervising administrative staff when needed.
The ideal candidate has:
3+ years of office management or administrative experience
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction supply, industrial distribution, or the aquatics industry is preferred.
