About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive-level financial leadership and oversight across its domestic and international operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash flow management.
This role is critical in supporting lending relationships, financial strategy, and executive decision-making, particularly in the context of a complex, multi-location organization.
The Interim CFO will also be tasked with ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic insight to support business decisions.
Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced financial degree preferred.
A strong background as a CFO or senior financial executive, particularly in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods environments, is required.
Experience with asset-based lending structures, international operations, and global supply chains is also essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and communication skills, and be adept at operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
A CPA certification is preferred, and the ability to lead with a hands-on approach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate adaptability and operational agility is key.
