Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing daily warehouse and distribution activities to support production and customer delivery requirements.
This role focuses on safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials and finished goods while upholding company policies and Copper Core Values.
Schedule:
1st shift, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and finished goods.
Stage and prepare orders for shipment according to instructions.
Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safe work practices.
Accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts as directed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Communicate issues or concerns to the Supervisor promptly.

Training Requirements
Forklift Certification preferred; will train.
OSHA 10 Training within 3 months of hire; every 5 years thereafter
Language Skills
Must be able to communicate in English language Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
