Position: Power BI Developer / Data Analyst
Type (Contract, C2H): FTE
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay Range: 75K - 85K + Benefits
Day to day: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Translate business requirements into KPIs and visualizations Support reporting for manufacturing, inventory, cost, and operations Ensure reports are scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing Manage scope, risks, and change requestsCollaborate with stakeholders across business units Must haves:
Bachelor's in IS, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience) 3+ years building Power BI solutions in enterprise environments Strong Power BI experience (datasets, dashboards, deployment) Strong data modeling (star schema, relationships, performance tuning) Advanced DAX and Power Query (M) skillsExperience working with ERP data (inventory, production, sales, costing) Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions Strong communication and attention to detail Plus:
Experience with D365 F&O data and reporting Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Synapse) Power BI Service admin and deployment pipelines experience Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices Experience with manufacturing analytics (throughput, WIP, scrap, yield, capacity) This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. All compensation and benefits, including but not limited to medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks, will be provided by the client in accordance with their internal policies and subject to applicable laws and eligibility requirements.
