Job Title: Senior Project Management Analyst

Location(s): Rocklin, CA

Position Summary

This position is responsible for creating and presenting reports and metrics to

support the Executive Leadership, Programs and Projects. Data is retrieved

from SAP and Project and Portfolio Management Center (PPMc) then analyzed to

determine what information to present for the intended audience. The location of

this position is negotiable to be either in San Ramon or San Francisco

Responsibilities

Generate various Program and Project reports with focus on report automation

Create ad hoc reports

Analyzing and presenting data

Reporting and Process Improvement (on-going)

Assist training Associate Project Management Analyst7 or more years of experience providing professional reports, scorecards and

presentations that support Programs and/or Projects

7 or more years of experience retrieving and analyzing data

7 or more years of experience creating Program and/or Project Executive

Level Summary Reports

7 or more years of experience working in a matrix environment

7 or more years of experience developing metrics to improve efficiency and

quality of Programs and Projects

7 or more years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint

7 or more years of experience Financial Accounting Education or equivalent work

experience

Desired Qualifications

PMP Certification

Project or Program Management Experience

BA Business, Project Management, Information Technology or Statistics

Experience with Crystal Reports

Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
