/ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliOpen mail and sort checks/liliScan and upload checks/liliPrepare and deposit checks for over 60 accounts/liliMail checks to clients for deposit/liliData entry and file generation for system upload/liliStop pay and positive pay backup/liliReconciles report discrepancies and problems/liliCodes data for input to financial data processing system according to company procedures/liliReviews, balances, and interprets computer reports, and makes corrections/liliAssists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services/liliOther duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisors and CFO/li/ulpRequirements:/ppCompetency:/ppTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:/pulliAnalytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.
