The Internet Salesperson will respond to internet customer inquiries through various different CRM's and handling the entire purchase, including delivery with every customer. What you’ll be doing · Provide an outstanding customer experience · Exhibit product knowledge in demonstration and delivery of vehicle · Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services · Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally. · Understands the psychology of Internet customersand works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction. · Follow-up with customers and potential customers · Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email or in person. · Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) withoutany upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .
