Forklift Driver Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable forklift drivers to join our team.

Location: Bentonville, AR Schedule Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and 11 Am to 7:30 pm Pay rate: $20 and $21 depending on shift Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and packing equipment, handling materials safely and efficiently, and supporting warehouse and production operations.
The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, follows safety procedures, and maintains strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Operate packing machines to support inbound and outbound production schedules
Load and unload materials, products, and trailers
Pick, pack, inspect, and move products throughout the facility
Transport materials stored on pallets or crates to designated storage locations
Stack and organize inventory according to warehouse procedures
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or repair needs
Maintain accurate production and inventory records
Identify and report safety, quality, or production concerns immediately
Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Assist with process improvements and maintain an organized work environment
Cross-train in different warehouse and production functions as needed
Perform additional duties assigned by management
Qualifications Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or forklift experience
RF Scanner experience preferred
OSHA forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
Basic math and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and repetitive processes
Comfortable taking direction from multiple supervisors
Willingness to work overtime when required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language Requirements
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently required
Spanish bilingual skills preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent lifting, moving, and handling of products and materials
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
Must have close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse and production environment with regular forklift traffic, machinery operation, and varying temperatures.
Safety procedures and PPE requirements must always be followed.
