3rd Grade 4th Grade 5th Grade ELA/Social Studies The Cassville R-IV School District is currently accepting applications for a classroom teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Classroom teachers are responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing engaging instructional experiences that support student growth in accordance with the Missouri Learning Standards. The teacher will foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement, social-emotional development, and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver effective lesson plans aligned with Missouri Learning Standards for English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students Assess student learning using formative and summative assessments and use data to inform instructionMaintain a safe, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment Integrate technology and instructional resources to enhance learning Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to support student successParticipate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events Support school-wide initiatives and comply with district policies and procedures Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field Valid Missouri teaching certification for Elementary Education (Grades 1-6 or appropriate certification) Knowledge of Missouri Learning Standards and best instructional practices Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
