Your Role: Be the Heart of Our Studio

As a Sales Associate, you're the first smile, the first conversation, and often the reason someone decides to begin their wellness journey with us. Youll turn curiosity into commitment and ensure every guest leaves feeling welcomed, supported, and excited to return.

Sales & Membership Growth

Make 50+ outbound calls daily to connect with leads, re-engage past clients, and schedule introductory stretch sessions

Deliver energetic and informative studio tours that showcase what makes StretchLab different

Close sales with confidence by focusing on benefits, outcomes, and relationshipsnot just pricing

Handle objections gracefully, using empathy, positivity, and product knowledge

Promote relevant retail and service upgrades that enhance each clients wellness journey

Client Experience & Studio Operations

Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest, whether it's their first or fiftieth visit

Juggle front desk tasks seamlesslycheck-ins, phone calls, booking sessions, and more

Support Flexologists and studio flowsolve issues proactively, whether its a tech hiccup or restocking supplies

Keep our studio clean, organized, and client-ready at all times

Utilize platforms like ClubReady (or similar CRM tools) to track leads, follow-ups, and membership activity

Community Engagement & Local Marketing

Contribute to social media, marketing campaigns, and local events that drive awareness and traffic

Act as a brand ambassador, spreading the StretchLab mission throughout the Carmichael community

Assist in grassroots outreach and collaborations with local businesses, gyms, and wellness partners

Who You Are

You have sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based setting (gym, salon, spa, boutique studio, etc.)

You're comfortable making outbound calls, addressing objections, and following a structured sales funnel

Youre organized, self-motivated, and eager to meet and exceed goals

You naturally build rapport and make others feel seen, heard, and valued

You have at least 2025 hours of weekly availability, including at least one weekend day

You live locally or have a reliable commute to our Carmichael studio

You thrive on performance-based incentives and enjoy earning commission through your impact
