General Summary
The Sales Operations Intern workscross functionallybetween the sales organization and various internal departments to design,maintain, and continuously improve operations. The role must analyze, evaluate, and interpret complex business processes and convert these insights into strategic opportunities for our company. The role works closely with leadership across all departments to support and implement high-quality, business-driven decisions. The position ensures data accuracy and consistent reporting while designing and creatingoptimalprocesses and procedures.This position requires internet access for anyperiod of timeworking remotely, not in a Penumbra office.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct sales analytics and reporting tasks, as assigned *

Collect and interpret data that drive increased sales production *

Assist in supporting our sales and operations teams by providing meaningful and actionable analytics

Organize, analyze, interpret, and prepare reports on large amounts of raw data

Assist with performance tracking dashboards in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.com

Proactively ensure work is accurate and error-free

Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures *

Understands relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adheres to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company *

Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards and procedures.

Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Minimum education and experience
High school diploma and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, economics, sales, marketing, and/or finance

Preferred qualifications
Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Docs, etc.

Well organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through are required

Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

Strong sense of professionalism, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative in an expeditious environment; highly motivated with an aptitude to learn quickly

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills required

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other standard office tools

Hourly Pay Range:$*****/hr to $*****/hr

Working Conditions
•General office, laboratory, and cleanroom environments
•Willingness and ability to work on site.
•Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds
•Must be able to move between buildings and floors.
•Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day.
•Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets.
•Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed.
•Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels on a daily basis.
