Safe Transportation : Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed. Team Development : Educates, trains, and encourages team members on personalized activity opportunities. Experience and Education : 1 year of experience in a similar role; degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory. Strong Communication Skills : Must have the ability to connect and engage. Valid Credentials : A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Tech-Savvy : Basic understanding of computer programs.
