Lingo Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, operating forklifts, and assisting with assembly and material handling.
This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and consistent attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts safely to move materials throughout the facility
Transport materials from one area to another efficiently
Assist with the assembly of various parts and components
Utilize hand tools to complete assigned tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior forklift experience required
Experience using hand tools
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical or assembly experience
