Kalahari Resorts&Conventions is seeking an Assistant Waterpark Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Waterpark Maintenance Manager with day-to-day operations of the waterpark, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives for ride maintenance, ride checks, repairs, costs, guest service satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all waterpark rides are inspected daily, weekly, and monthly.Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the ride manufacturer's preventative maintenance programs. Be knowledgeable of policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.What We're Looking For At least 3-5 years' experience leading, training, and managing a team A high level of expertise with mechanical equipment, including pumps and conveyors, as well as chemicals in a water treatment or waterpark environment.
