MRA - a premier learning and development provider - is looking for a tech-savvy person who has a high level of comfort with multitasking, excellent time management, strong detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to serve as our Virtual Training Center Coordinator.
This is a position with high visibility and responsibility where your keen problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, effective communication (both written and verbal), and flexibility will be greatly valued. Your efforts will have a direct impact on member satisfaction and retention!
In this position some of your responsibilities will be:
When assigned, to produce an LOT (line-on training): Activities can include starting and ending the recording, managing the audio, assisting with interactive activities, answering technical questions, and handling any technical issues for the attendees or presenters.
When assigned, as the "Command Center": Activities can include switching back and forth between all live online training events to ensure that the instructor and participant tech needs are met and being on call for tech-related emergencies.
Preparing live online event spaces in Zoom and in MRA's Learning Management System (LMS)- This can include providing the course details, audio options, presenter information, and loading the presentation, instructor materials, and other relevant files into the appropriate platform.
No two days will be alike in your responsibilities as you coordinate all aspects of MRA's virtual trainings to ensure the best experience for participants and MRA instructors and speakers.
You are an IDEAL candidate if you ...
Have 2-4 years experience in providing administrative, training, and/or webinar support
Are proficient in MS Office Suite, or facilitating web-based meetings and training events

Education:
Associate's degree preferred
Training or Experience:
Successful administrative support experience (2-4 years' experience)
Above average software competence using MS Office products
Highly proficient in Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinar, or other web conferencing tools
Technical savvy, with the proven ability to quickly grasp and master new software and technologies; desire and willingness to keep learning
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Ability to juggle multiple things at once
Ability to think quickly and act as needed
