The Employment Law Attorney will handle and support a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. This opportunity would be in our Sacramento office. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigationMostly handling the pre-suit side and assisting senior attorneys once the claim files suit Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum Guide clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavitsAttendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualification Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school An active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association. A plus to have experience on wage and hour claims Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation casesExcellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Salary Range $100,000 - $500,000 USD Benefits Morgan&Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
