Landscape & Tree Trimming Laborer

We are a well-established lawn and tree service business seeking an experienced lawn, hardscape and tree laborer with strong experience in outdoor operations. If you’re looking for long-term consistent work, solid pay, and a reliable crew, we want to hear from you.

Essential Qualifications

• Physical stamina — Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, work outdoors in heat/cold, stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Outdoor work readiness — Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
• Basic tool handling — Ability to safely use hand tools (rakes, shovels, pruners) and small power equipment (string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers).

Lawncare & Landscaping Responsibilities

• Mowing and trimming — Operate push mowers, zero turn mowers, and trimmers.
• Lawn maintenance — Edging, blowing debris, fertilizing, and basic turf care.
• Planting and mulching — Install plants, shrubs, trees, and spread mulch or soil.
• Landscape cleanup — Remove debris, weeds, and old plant material.
• Hardscape assistance — Support installation of pavers, edging, gravel, or small retaining features.

Tree Trimming Responsibilities

• Ground crew support — Drag branches, feed chipper, manage ropes, and maintain safe work zones.
• Chainsaw basics — Operate small saws (if trained) and follow strict safety protocols.
• Safety spotting — Watch for hazards, assist climbers, and maintain communication.

Qualifications:

• Lawn service, landscape or tree trimming experience required.
• Strong understanding of safety standards
• Reliable transportation is a must.
