Role Description
We are seeking a Painter/Paint Helper for a full-time, on-site position based in O'Fallon, MO.
The role involves performing day-to-day painting tasks such as preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring the highest quality finishes.
Responsibilities may include assisting with painting and decorating, managing various coatings, and operating spraying equipment.
Candidates must adhere to safety standards and work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications (Not mandatory, we will train)
Proficiency in different types of painting techniques, including standard painting and spray painting
Knowledge of painting and decorating processes, including surface preparation and finishing techniques
Familiarity with coatings and their applications
Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a high-quality finish
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow safety protocols
Previous experience in residential or commercial painting is an advantage
Reliable transportation to job sites in and around O'Fallon, MO
Good attitude and willingness to learn
